We are sure that, like us, you have been finding the current COVID situation challenging to say the least! So we thought it might be helpful for our members to engage and share some thoughts on how everyone has been coping.
So come join us at our virtual afternoon tea and chat and share experiences of how you have coped during the pandemic and learn tips on how to juggle the work/life balance and your own mental health.
The session will be facilitated by Shireen Noor, a qualified and experienced psychotherapist. AAWL Committee members will be on the chat too.
The event will take place on Zoom and log-in details will be sent to attendees prior to the event.
